An early Fantastic Four issue, from the great team of Stan Lee & Jack Kirby!

Complete in all respects and an excellent filler copy for this classic silver age series.  I grade it 1 2.0-2.5.  The book is priced just below the 2.0 guide price from the March 2009 Overstreet, already 10 months old.

The book has several obvious flaws consistent with its grade: including

several creases and edge chips, a small tape pull on the front cover, 1 pc of tape on the back cover and a tear is sealed on the back cover with a drop of glue.  From experience submitting pre-1964 books for CGC grading, minor amateur repairs (1 small pc of tape, 1 small ink mark, or even a drop of glue added to seal a tear) will still receive a universal/unrestored status, although notes to the book will reflect these actions.
